DAFMEX was established in 2004 and is a full process Investment Casting foundry with full CNC machining capabilities. The DAFMEX Facility is 90,000 sq. ft., of which 50,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to the Investment casting process, 20,000 sq. ft. to our CNC Machine shop and 20,000 sq. ft. dedicated to warehouse and inventory storage.

Our main market focus is commercial valve and pump castings in 300 series stainless steel and nickel base alloys. In addition DAFMEX pours most other ferrous alloys as well as non ferrous alloys such as A356 aluminum for a variety of other commercial casting applications. Part size capability ranges from ounces on up to 275 lbs. net weight and a maximum part size of 24 “ diameter/width , 24 “ height and up to 40” length.

DAFMEX has a melt capacity of 480,000 lbs. per month for ferrous air melt alloys and 36,000 lbs. per month of non ferrous aluminum alloys.

With over 20 CNC machining centers in house, DAFMEX strives to provide finished product to our customers per their requirements. Other post cast processes available include heat treat, passivation, plating, electro polish, anodizing and painting to name a few.
