Dameron insures every alloy poured conforms to the strict specifications provided by ASTM, ASME, AISI in addition to custom specifications from our customers. Alloys are created using raw elements and accurately analyzed in house with Spectrometers, Hardness and Tensile testing equipment. The alloys are certified by Dameron to conform to required chemical composition standards and are poured in process and supported by AS-9100:2004 & ISO 9001:2000 (ISO Certificate PDF file) quality standards. Non-destructive Radiographic and Penetrant Inspection is also available when required by the customer for demanding applications.
